Phillies Swept By Division Leading Pirates - Carlton Cursed

For the second start in a row Steve Carlton exited the game early.  Carlton was forced to leave game 2 action because of a rain delay.  In his last start he exited after a few innings with a minor elbow problem.  Without their ace, Phillies had no chance to topple the mighty Pirates.
